About

Rob Díona, LMT

"Pain is rarely isolated to where it's felt. The body works as one interconnected system — and lasting change starts with understanding why a problem developed, not just chasing the symptom."

Why I Do This Work

Curiosity before conclusions

Every body tells a different story. My approach begins with listening — to your history, your movement, and what your body has already been trying to tell you. Treatment starts with genuine curiosity, careful assessment, and a willingness to ask why before deciding what.

That question — why is this happening — is the thread that runs through every session I do. Not to chase a diagnosis, but to understand the whole system well enough to help it work better.

Practitioner Biography

Years of hands-on practice, and a lot of curiosity

I've spent years practicing bodywork and refining my skills through extensive education and hands-on experience. I'm deeply curious about anatomy, movement, and biomechanics — and about how the human body adapts, compensates, and heals. My approach blends analytical thinking and science-informed principles with a genuinely compassionate presence in the room.

Clients consistently mention the same things: I listen deeply, create a safe and unhurried environment, explain what I'm finding in plain language, and bring real focus to complex, long-standing problems. I also bring a good sense of humor and playfulness to the table — helpful for a process that asks people to relax into some vulnerable moments.

Outside the Treatment Room

Movement is part of how I live

Outside of work, I'm a husband, a father, and a lifelong outdoor adventurer. I bring the same curiosity to the mountains and rivers of Montana that I bring to the treatment room — snowboarding, paddle boarding, and chasing whitewater whenever I get the chance. Movement isn't just my profession. It's part of how I live.

What I Believe

A few things that guide every session

Pain is information — not simply something to eliminate.

The body functions as an interconnected system.

Lasting change begins by addressing the root cause.

Movement is essential to health and quality of life.

People heal best when they feel safe, informed, and involved.

The goal is empowerment, not dependence.
