Is this a relaxation massage?

No. This is assessment-driven functional manual therapy, focused on understanding and addressing the root cause of pain and movement limitations — not a spa-style massage.

Do I need to be an athlete to come in?

Not at all. While many clients are active outdoors — snowboarders, climbers, paddlers, runners — anyone dealing with chronic pain, an old injury, or movement limitations is a good fit.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on what's going on. Some people come in for a handful of sessions to resolve a specific issue; others check in occasionally for maintenance. You and Rob will talk through what makes sense for you.

Do you accept VA Community Care referrals?

Yes. If you've been referred by your VA provider, reach out directly by call or text to schedule — VA sessions are 60 minutes, and the new-client introductory session doesn't apply.
